Bad Bass Tackle Co. – Refund & Return Policy

At Bad Bass Tackle Co., we stand behind the quality of our products and want every customer to be fully satisfied with their purchase. If you are not happy with your order, please review our refund and return guidelines below.

1. General Refund Policy
We accept returns or exchanges on eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a refund:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order number, receipt) must be provided.
  • Returned items must be shipped back at the customer’s expense unless the product arrived damaged or defective.


2. Non-Refundable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Used lures or tackle
  • Items with visible wear, damage, or modifications
  • Custom-made or custom-colored products
  • Clearance or final-sale items
  • Items returned after 30 days


3. Exchanges
If you ordered the wrong item, color, or size, we offer exchanges within 30 days, provided the item is unused and in original condition.
Customer is responsible for:

  • Return shipping to Bad Bass Tackle Co.
  • Any price difference between exchanged items (if applicable)


4. Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Provide photos of the issue.
  3. We will replace the item at no cost to you.

We may offer:

  • A replacement
  • A store credit
  • A full refund, depending on the situation


5. Lost or Missing Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it:

  • Check with neighbors or your local post office.
  • Allow 24–48 hours for carrier updates.
  • Contact us if still unresolved.

Bad Bass Tackle Co. is not responsible for stolen packages after delivery is confirmed, but we will work with customers on a case-by-case basis.

6. Return Process
To start a return:

  1. Contact us at support@badbasstackleco.com or through our social channels.
  2. Include order number and reason for return.
  3. Receive return approval and instructions.
  4. Ship the product back to the address provided.
  5. Refunds are issued once the item is received and inspected.

Refunds may take 3–7 business days to appear depending on your bank or payment provider.

7. Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of purchase if they have not shipped.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

8. Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived defective or incorrect.


9. Store Credit
In some situations, store credit may be offered instead of a monetary refund. Store credit never expires.
